[JOBSEEKING] Fornero mette sul piatto 232 milioni per imprese che assumono giovani e donne.

 Qualcosa finalmente si muove in Italia. Dopo tanti tagli è arrivato il momento di una manovra improntata a portare qualche vantaggio ai giovani under 30 senza lavoro (circa 561.139 secondo l'Istat).

Il Ministro Elsa Fornero, ha da poco annunciato degli incentivi per le aziende che assumeranno con contratti indeterminati o a termine dei giovani under 30.

Le aziende avranno tempo fino al 31 Marzo 2013 per siglare i contratti e quindi chiedere gli incentivi.



Ecco i bonus:

  • 12mila euro per ogni trasformazione o stabilizzazione.
  • 3mila euro per ciascuna assunzione a tempo determinato di almeno 12 mesi.
  • 4mila euro se il contratto a tempo determinato supera i 18 mesi.
  • 6mila euro se il contratto a tempo determinato supera i 24 mesi.


Secondo stime de Il Sole 24 Ore, ipotizzando un bilancio finale di 70% dei fondi destinato alla stabilizzazione e il 30% ai rapporti flessbili, si arriverebbe a un totale di 40mila posti di lavoro.


Nel frattempo, la Fornero ha da poco rilasciato una delle sue dichiarazioni fin troppo schiette sui giovani: "Non dovete essere troppo Choosy!" ha dichiarato il Ministro del Lavoro, riferendosi al fatto che secondo lei i giovani di oggi, sarebbero troppo schizzinosi nello scegliere il lavoro.



O forse è il Ministro che è troppo distante dai giovani di oggi?

The power of your email's signature in Jobseeking




We are in the Social age, no doubt about it: people and insider both agree that the most important thing to build a perfect profile, is focusing over these media updating and improving it everyday.

But both, people and insider, are forgetting the power of another media: the email.
"What?! Are you seriously still talking about this old-fashion tool?" I bet this was the reaction of all of you reading this article.

I know, email are not the first media that rings a bell in your mind, but maybe you are forgetting something:
still, emails are the first way to contact an employer. And still, emails are the first way to make a good impression on your possible future boss.

So, next time you are going to send a CV for the job of your life, think about it: how can I raise my chances to be hired? Apart from writing in a nice formal way, you must seriously rethink your signature.

In addition to your name and surname, you have to insert all your contacts (better if with some nice icons and links).
